This is an assistance service that allows the Samaritan member to continue their journey should anything go wrong with the members vehicle 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Member benefits:
- Mechanical break down towing to the nearest approved dealer
- Locksmith assistance (call out plus one hour labour only)
- Flat battery assistance (call out plus one hour labour only)
- Flat tyre assistance (call out plus one hour labour only)
- Drunken Tipsy (call out to a maximum of 50km radius)
- Point to point service (call out to a maximum of 50km radius)
- Fuel assistance (call out plus one hour labour only – fuel for the members account)
- Driver assistance (whereby a taxi will be sent in the event of a member being too drunk to drive to the members cost)
- Outside 100km from destination:
- Car hire assistance (Group A or B) to a maximum of R500 per incident, and for 24 hours only
- Vehicle repatriation (Maximum limit of R500 per incident)
Cover is limited to R2000.per member per annum
